Introduction

Data Prototypes

The Visual Statistics Studio textbooks, guides, and manuals are written by using the method of smallest possible data sets. These data sets are stored under (Data, Univariate Prototypes ), (Data, Bivariate Prototypes  ) , (Data, Multivariate  Prototypes ) menus.

Saving and Retrieving Data

Initially, the visual Statistics Studio will open with the preloaded variable X [1 2 3 4 5]. 

Click the (Data, Enter ) commands and enter numbers 7 3 2 4 5. Click the Accept command.

 

Click the (Projects, SaveProject) command and exit (click on the top X  button) . Invoke the Cruise Scientific Visual Studio again. It will appear with the numbers 7 3 2 4 5 on the display, since you saved the previous project with the (Projects, Save Project ) commands.  Click the (Data, Univariate Prototypes, X=[1 2 3 4 5] A Continuous Variable)  commands

The numbers 1 2 3 4 5 will appear on the display. display,
